Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx courier and our shipments are 100% insured, in case of broken components, they will be resent free of charge as soon as possible.
What should I do if I receive some broken components?
When the courier delivers the package:
a- immediately check if the packaging is damaged from the outside,
b- open the crate in front of the courier and check that everything is ok with the product,
c- when you sign the delivery document, always declare "Accepted with reserve",
d- take some photos of the packaging and broken pieces,
and- send photos via e-mail to mail@venice-mirrors.com with your d. 'order.
You will be contacted as soon as possible.
What type of packaging do you use to protect your Murano mirrors and other glass items so that they do not suffer damage during transport?
Venice Mirrors is always very careful about the methods and products used for packaging. All our Venetian Murano glass mirrors are protected by polystyrene and packaged in wooden crates to guarantee total safety from impacts during transport.
Are customs duties included in the shipping costs?
No. Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer when requested by the relevant customs. The customs clearance service is completely managed by FedEx, which takes care of the documentation and import/export regulations.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times they are different between the various articles, this depends on the type of finish of the article itself. All our products are handmade to the customer's specific order, for this reason we normally need 35/40 days from order to shipment, time necessary to guarantee maximum quality.
How can I track my order?
When the goods are ready for shipping we will send you an email with the shipping tracking code.
How to distinguish Murano glass from a similar item but mass-produced?
For an inexperienced buyer it may be difficult to distinguish a handcrafted mirror from an industrial one, but there are some peculiarities that will help to understand the difference.
Venetian mirrors in Murano glass handmade by our masters, they show some imperfections which are not defects, but details which increase the quality of the manual work.
How do you clean a Venetian mirror in Murano glass?
Our Venetian mirrors must be cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth and possibly adding a mild detergent. To eliminate the light layer of dust, use the air of a hair dryer.
What guarantee do you give your products?
